Skincare Rules for glowing skin

We all make an effort to prioritise skincare, but it may often be challenging to get it quite right. Welcome if you're new to the realm of skincare! We're delighted to help you.

You can get the skin of your dreams by performing a thorough skincare routine each day. But like everything else, there are rules that apply to skincare as well.

So here are those Magical Rules: ♥️

Rule 1: Identify your skin type

After washing your face pay attention to the texture and tone of your natural skin.

You have oily skin:
if you look in the mirror and notice that it is shiny.

You have dry skin :
if your face is red, flaky, tight, or inflamed.

You have mixture skin :
if you notice that you have both shiny and irritated or reddened regions on your skin.

Choose Skincare products according to your skin type.

Rule 2:Cleanse your skin twice a day

You should always keep your skin clean since cleansing is the secret to having amazing skin. You must cleanse your skin twice a day, morning and night, in order to achieve this. And the easiest method Double cleansing   first cleanse with an oil-based product, then wash your face gently with a foamy face wash.

Rule 3:Follow CTM

Cleansing, toning, and moisturising are abbreviated as CTM. The best skincare regimen is CTM. The daily skin care programme consists of three main stages. You start with a decent cleanser, then use a toner to further purge and tighten your pores before applying a moisturising moisturiser.

Rule 4:Don’t forget Sunscreen

It is important to use sunscreen every single day, regardless of the season or if you are going outside your home. If you are travelling, be sure to reapply every two to three hours. As you age, SPF not only helps to prevent skin cancer but also fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and other skin issues.

Rule 5: Never pick

Girls, resist the urge to pop/pick your pimples at all costs. A full-blown acne breakout might result from popping a pimple because you risk leaving a lasting scar and infecting the rest of your face. Do not touch your face; instead, treat the pimple with a spot treatment.

Rule 6: Stay hydrated

If you don't drink enough water, no amount of good genes or a skincare regimen will make a difference. Your skin becomes dehydrated and dry from not drinking enough water, making your moisturiser all but ineffective. To guarantee that you consume the necessary amount of water each day, drink at least six to eight tall glasses of water.

Rule 7: Have perseverance

Nowadays, we're all about instant satisfaction, but it takes time to see effects from a beauty regimen. Hold on to it!Even though things won't produce results right away but your skin will appreciate it in a few months.
